Our first application student, by the end of September

Run like a clinical research study, for the mind and body.

Every Wellseen student is treated as a study of one. We measure where they start, build a protocol around their goals, track how they sleep, focus, handle stress and execute every day, and adjust when the data says something isn’t working. A resident physician coach leads it, and we accept a small number of students each year so every one gets real attention.

01

Baseline

A 60-minute audit with a resident physician coach shows exactly where your child is starting.

02

Protocol

A custom plan for grades, research, clinical experience and the MCAT, built around your child’s goals and schedule.

03

Daily data

Custom metrics on sleep, stress, focus and study execution, so problems are caught in weeks, not after a disappointing semester or score.

04

Physician review

Your child’s resident physician coach reviews the data and adjusts the protocol, week by week, until the results come.

Two programs. Limited enrollment.

We accept a small number of students into each program every year.

What a Wellseen premed’s path looks like.

Resident physician coaches guide each Wellseen student through every stage: premed, MCAT and application. Each program builds on the last, so grades, research, clinical experience, the MCAT and the application compound instead of competing for your time. Real score increases from Wellseen students

493517+24

This student was working full time and had a two-year-old at home, struggling to find just an hour to sit down and properly study. After seven months of studying and retaking the MCAT, their score was still stuck at a 493. Once the studying had proper structure and a coach to lend a hand the whole way, their score rose to a 517.

500517+17

This student was studying all day, every day, but the same routine kept producing the same 500. More hours were never going to fix a routine that had already run its course. Once they had a real system to follow and a coach to answer to, their score rose to a 517.

487510+23

This student was carrying a full grad school load, exhausted and easily pulled off focus, and never trusting a study method long enough to let it work. After a lot of stopping and starting, the score sat at a 487. Once they had one steady method and someone keeping them on it, their score rose to a 510.

495521+26

This student was studying full time and doing everything the forums said to do, and still the 495 would not move. The effort was never the problem; what was missing was structure and a clear read on what all those hours were building toward. Once the plan had real direction, their score rose to a 521.

Coaches the mental side of the exam: the stress, the mindset, and the behaviour underneath a stalled score.

I joined Wellseen because I genuinely love mentorship. What I love most is that Wellseen recognizes how much behavioral patterns and mental health matter when you are going through something as hard as the MCAT. It is not just about studying, it is about learning how to navigate the journey. I truly wish I had something like Wellseen when I was a premed and a medical student.

Expert on MCAT study strategy and on studying with intention, so the hours you put in are the hours that move your score.

I joined Wellseen to keep mentoring alongside residency. The path through medicine is hard, and you learn a lot walking it. The most rewarding part for me has been giving some of that knowledge back, so the people coming up behind me succeed. Every obstacle, whether the MCAT, USMLE, medical school exams, or applications, is far easier when someone is dedicated to guiding you than when you go it alone.

Frequently asked questions

When should my child start?
The earlier they start, the more each year builds on the last: the premed program can begin in high school. Apply first. Once you are accepted, you can book a 60-minute audit with a resident physician coach to plan for your exact situation.
How can I make the most out of Wellseen?
The most successful students in our program share three traits:
  • They consistently execute on their study plan every day
  • They implement their coach's advice
  • They understand that they are the number one driver of their MCAT score
What types of calls do you offer?
Two. A 60-minute audit with a resident physician coach, for accepted applicants only: it is paid, one per person, and the fee goes toward the program if you decide to join. Apply here. And a free premed call with a former Wellseen student.
How much does Wellseen cost?
Wellseen is a premium program with limited enrollment, and we accept a small number of students each year. Pricing depends on the program, and we walk you through it on a free discovery call.
Can I apply as a parent?
Yes. Parents can start the application for their child. If you can, fill it out together, so it reflects your child’s own answers.
What happens after I apply?
We review every application and reply within 3 days. If you are accepted, you receive your program details and a link to book your 60-minute audit with a resident physician coach. The audit is paid, one per person, and the fee goes toward the program if you decide to join.
Is Wellseen legit?
Yes. Our coaches are resident physicians you can look up by name, listed with their specialties on this page. Every score increase on this site comes from a real Wellseen student, and you can read their stories. And the Wellseen MCAT Guarantee means that if you follow the program and do not reach your target score, we keep coaching you at no additional cost.
How does the Wellseen MCAT Guarantee work?
We focus on results. On day one, we set your target score from your first AAMC diagnostic exam: a 15-point increase over your starting score. If you sit for the official MCAT and do not reach your target, our resident physician coaches will review your exam data and keep coaching you, updating your daily study plan, at no additional cost. That continues for up to two more official test attempts or six months past your original test date, whichever comes first.

The guarantee is continued coaching, not a cash refund, and it stays active as long as you follow the program: completing your daily check-in (sleep, focus and stress), submitting your error reviews and attending your weekly meetings with your coach, on at least 95% of program days. Missing more than 3 days in a row, or more than 7 days in total, ends the guarantee.
