The short version
Two months of coaching is a real commitment of money and time. This page says plainly what happens if it does not work out.
- Seven day free trial
- No payment is taken until the seven days are up. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
- How to cancel
- One email to team@joinwellseen.com before day seven. Confirmed the same day.
- Goal score not met
- Two further months of coaching free, and you choose which two.
- After the trial
- Your first payment is taken and the fee is not refundable, because your coach's time is reserved for you.
The seven day free trial
Every enrollment starts with a seven day free trial. You are not charged anything during those seven days, so if the program is not the right fit you can cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing at all.
No form and no exit interview. Seven days is long enough to meet your coach, build your first plan, and know whether this is for you.
How to cancel the trial
Email team@joinwellseen.com from the address you enrolled with, at any point before the seven days are up, and say you would like to cancel. We confirm the same day and stop the enrollment before any payment is taken, so there is nothing to return.
The Wellseen Guarantee
If your goal score is not met, or your coach decides to move your test back, we coach you for two further months at no charge, and you choose which two months to use.
To claim it, send us your official score report within 60 days of receiving it, or tell us when your coach moves the date, and we will schedule the two months with you. The Wellseen Guarantee is additional coaching rather than money back, and it applies to the goal score recorded in your plan at the start.
Leaving after the trial
Once the seven day trial ends your first payment is taken, and from that point the fee is not refundable, because your coach's time for those two months is reserved for you.
If something serious happens in your life, email us. We would rather pause your place and pick it up later than have you lose it.
Chargebacks
If you think you have been charged in error, email us first. We have never needed a dispute to settle one, and we would rather sort it out directly and quickly than through a card issuer.
