Wellseen MCAT · The process

Structure, daily data, and one fix at a time.

Most students don't need more content. Something in how they study every day is costing them points. Wellseen gives you a structure, watches what actually happens each day, and changes one thing at a time until the score moves.

How it works

The process behind the score increases

  1. Week 1

You get a daily and weekly structure

Your resident physician coach builds it around your schedule and your test date, so every day you know exactly what to do.

    • A set start time and a sleep window
    • Study blocks for each day, with review built in
    • A weekly shape: when you do practice sets, review and full-lengths
  2. Every day · a few minutes

    You submit what actually happened

Not just scores. The things that decide them, which nobody else is tracking.

    • How you slept, and when you actually started
    • Focus, stress, and how hard it was to get going
    • What you finished against the plan
    • A short recording of you talking through your reasoning on questions
  3. Every day

    Your coach finds the pattern

Your coach reads your submissions every day and looks for what you can't see from the inside: hours without focus, starts that keep slipping, stress showing up before a session begins, changing right answers, the same mistakes coming back.

  4. Every week

One intervention, then check if it worked

Each week your coach gives you one specific fix aimed at that pattern. Your daily submissions show whether it's working. If it is, it becomes part of your structure. If it isn't, it gets adjusted.

  5. Weeks 3 to 6

The fixes stack and the score moves

Same brain, same content knowledge, same hours. One fix a week adds up, and it shows on your AAMC full-lengths.

Daily Structure → submit → reviewed

Follow the plan, submit your day in a few minutes, and your coach reads it the next morning. Hard days are visible right away, so the plan adjusts before a bad stretch becomes a bad week.

Weekly Pattern → intervention → check

Your coach looks at the full week of data, names the pattern, and gives you the next fix. Then the data shows whether it worked.

The point isn't more studying. It's changing the one thing that's costing you points, then the next one.
